As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, William leads the agency's vision while overseeing its day-to-day operations, developing new services, and continually looking toward the horizon for innovative ways to enhance the client experience. First spotted on July 8, 2026, Captain Leo has been keeping watch over Newmar travelers ever since. He's known for spotting helpful travel tips before anyone else, sharing insider cruise advice, and reminding travelers about the little things that make every voyage even better.
You'll recognize Captain Leo by his crisp white captain's hat, navy sailor scarf, bright blue eyes, and cheerful smile that's almost as contagious as his excitement for travel. Rumor has it he even has a hidden anchor tattoo tucked beneath one wing, though you'll have to catch him at just the right angle to spot it.
While the Newmar crew takes care of the planning behind the scenes, Captain Leo serves as your trusted Nautical Travel Advisor, checking in throughout your journey with packing reminders, destination highlights, cruise tips, and the occasional terrible nautical pun.
