When the vacation sadly comes to an end and you return home, we will contact you regarding your experience not only with us, but with Cruise Line you sailed with. This will provide us with information or improvements the Cruise line has made. It will also provide us with information on a situation that should not have occurred, and we will be your advocate to make sure the cruise line justifies their actions or provides you compensation due to the situation.
