What You'll Do

• Build relationships with clients and understand their travel goals, interests, and budgets

• Research destinations, cruise lines, resorts, transportation, and excursions

• Create personalized vacation experiences and itineraries

• Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements with accuracy and attention to detail

• Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates

• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

• Support clients with travel questions, changes, and unexpected situations when needed

• Develop relationships with travel partners and suppliers to provide outstanding value to clients
   

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Passion for travel and helping others

• Self-motivated and organized individuals

• Comfortable learning new systems and technology platforms

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

• Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
