About the Role
Support advisors and clients by helping manage travel documents, payments, confirmations, and customer communication.
Assist with final travel documents, payment reminders, itinerary organization, supplier follow-up, and client support requests.
Promote the agency through social media, marketing campaigns, community outreach, and content creation while helping generate leads and grow brand awareness.
Create and manage social media content, promotions, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing materials while assisting with community engagement and lead generation.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable learning booking platforms and travel systems. Organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Sales or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Reliable internet connection required.
