About the Role
Specialize in ocean, river, and paddle cruise vacations while assisting clients with selecting the best cruise experience for their travel goals and budget.
Assist clients with cruise planning, itinerary recommendations, cabin selections, excursions, transportation, and travel protection while staying informed on supplier updates and promotions.
Coordinate and manage group travel experiences including reunions, hosted cruises, weddings, and special events.
Coordinate group reservations, track payments and deadlines, communicate with suppliers, and assist group leaders and travelers throughout the planning process.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old. Passion for cruising and travel. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Prior cruise knowledge preferred but not required. Reliable internet connection required.
